Liability: NeuroKinetic Therapy is not liable for any injuries caused by a practitioner in our directory. Our practitioners are from different backgrounds and practice a variety of techniques. Make sure you ask the practitioner to provide NKT service when you make an appointment.
Force Majeure Clause: In the event of political unrest, war, natural disasters, medical emergencies/pandemics/epidemics, terrorism, labor strikes, curtailment of transportation, etc. we are not responsible for refunding your registration in full. There are 2 options. The first is to transfer to a class of your choosing within a year from the date of the original class. The second is to get a 50% refund and NKT holds 50% as a credit towards another class which must be used within a year.
Cancellation Policy: As of September 1, 2023 PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable. Our full cancellation policy can be found in the drop-down menu under the heading ‘Seminars’.
Privacy Policy: NeuroKinetic Therapy is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share, sell, buy or trade your information with any third parties whatsoever, without your consent. The only information that is stored on our computer is you name and email address. The NKT teacher is given this information if you are enrolled in a class that they are teaching. We use your information to send you class materials, offer NKT support, certification reminders, inform you of upcoming NKT events, and respond to your requests. Your information is sometimes requested by our class host so they know who will be attending and can prepare accordingly. You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time. Your data is kept securely in our system, Word Press. Whatever information you give to PayPal when registering for an NKT seminar is kept in our PayPal account and only used if a receipt or refund is requested.
Right to Refuse: NeuroKinetic Therapy reserves the right to refuse any person registering for a seminar if we deem that person as potentially disruptive to the class environment or have concerns about their physical or mental well being.
Links to Other Websites: The NeuroKinetic Therapy website does contain some links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by NeuroKinetic Therapy. NeuroKinetic Therapy has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Changes to This Agreement: NeuroKinetic Therapy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
