If you need to cancel your seminar registration, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending upon length of time until the class, according to the following terms.
If a seminar is cancelled by NeuroKinetic Therapy due to low enrollment, the full amount of money NKT has received will be refunded plus PayPal’s transaction fees.
You can transfer your registration for the same class at a different time and/or location.
There is a $50 administrative transfer fee that is due at the time your notice of transfer is given. You have one year from the time of the class you cancelled to take another. If you cancel at a future date, you are subject to the cancellation fees due at the time of the original transfer.
Anyone who cancels within two weeks of the workshop, under any circumstance, will automatically fall under this transfer category. There is no refund.
If you are requesting a cash refund, the amount of refund is dependent on the length of time until the event. Neither PayPal transaction fees or wire transfer fees are refundable.
The refund amount is based on the date notice of cancellation is received plus additional fees mentioned below.
A $20 processing is always deducted from any refund amount.
The $50 fee for the Anatomy and Kinesiology Course and the Manual Muscle Testing Course is non-refundable. It is not a part of the Level 1 curriculum.
In the event that a course needs to be cancelled, you will normally be given at least 30 days notice. We are not responsible for any travel expenses incurred or PayPal transaction fees. However, we will reimburse PayPal fees in certain situations.
If a teacher is ill and/or flights are cancelled due to weather, the student has no right to claim damages. The class will be rescheduled and the student can choose another location if necessary.
In the event of political unrest, natural disasters, medical emergencies/pandemics/epidemics, terrorism, labor strikes, curtailment of transportation, etc. we are not responsible for refunding your registration in full.
There are 2 options
We recommend checking that an NKT class has the minimum enrollment and is confirmed as going ahead before paying in advance for transportation and accommodation.
